Alaska Mint L.L.C.

Super disappointed. I love this store and always tell all my guests to go to it. But today I went in there and it was me and 3 other people. There were 5 employees all of them were in the back corner talking and I stood by the polar bear claws for a few minutes with one of the other guests in the store. Not one person came to ask us if we needed help. Yes, I could have asked for help but I was indecisive on if I wanted to buy one or not. I waited a little longer and my mind was made up. So I left. I will stop be stopping by when around but if they would have at least showed me I probably would have bought one. Oh well.

I was in the store and wanted to buy a 250th Anniversary commerative coin. It was not available. Alaska mint promised to produce it and ship it to me if I prepaid. Sure enough, two weeks after I got home from Anchorage, the package arrived as promised. I give them five stars whole heartedly. Glad I gave them my business.

Really enjoyed finding so many surprises at Alaska Mint. Everywhere we turned there was something unique to look at. We ended up buying several items specific to Alaska. The sales people were very knowledgeable about all things in the store. Can't recommend this store more as they provided a truly remarkable experience!

I recently purchased a 24-inch rope chain from Alaska Mint, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Chris provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. What really stood out was how personal and genuine he was throughout the transaction, making me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. The quality of the chain is excellent, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. It's refreshing to do business with someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Alaska Mint and especially Chris if you're looking for quality jewelry and top-notch service. Hope you see this Chris. -Big Z

If you are unsure about purchasing online through Alaska Mint do not fret. I have never been so impressed by the craftsmanship and service of a business. My partner and I were looking for beautiful and unique wedding bands and Alaska mint satisfied that tenfold. We were both blown away by the quality and beauty of our rings. On top of that, ordering online was such a smooth experience because of Hunter’s patience and kindness. We needed to resize and expedite one of the rings in less than a week down to Southern California and Hunter went out of his way to ensure that we could have them before our elopement ceremony. The quick turnover and commitment to their customer’s happiness was truly remarkable and completely unexpected. I was also super worried that I wouldn’t like it as much since I didn’t get to see or try it on in person. Again, Hunter answered all my questions and sent multiple pictures and videos of the various rings I was looking into ordering. Now that I have my ring I am so thankful for his diligence and support because I am even more obsessed with the ring in person. We have both gotten so many compliments and hope to direct more customers over to Alaska Mint!!

Fantastic shop , found some really nice Alaskan Made gifts there. Chris R helped me pick out some very unique gifts for my clients, ask for him! He even postponed his lunch break for me! Highly recommend!

Had the most wonderful experience here! Chris was so helpful, such an advocate for the weird questions I had and ensuring I had a great time, and had all the patience and kindness as I looked through pretty much everything and (finally) made up my mind. Such a friendly and welcoming team, left there feeling like a friend and with a gorgeous new piece I will treasure forever! Thanks again Chris, would highly recommend this as a must stop and see! I had an excellent experience at Alaska Mint! I was shopping for a gift and ended up purchasing one of their beautiful natural gold nuggets along with a chain. The store has an impressive selection, and I was immediately struck by both the variety and the quality of their pieces. Christopher assisted me with my purchase, and I can’t say enough about how helpful he was. He took the time to provide background information on the nuggets, explained the details that make each one unique, and guided me to the perfect chain to complement my choice. His knowledge and genuine professionalism made the process easy and enjoyable. Before visiting, I had read reviews mentioning Alaska Mint’s reputation for reliability and credibility when it comes to gold jewelry, and my experience absolutely confirmed this. The atmosphere was relaxed with no rush, no pressure, just great service and guidance. I would highly recommend Alaska Mint to anyone looking for a unique Alaskan gift or a quality piece of jewelry. They truly take their craft and their customers seriously.
