Really bad service . They just leave you on hold . I won’t be coming here to buy silver .

They didn't know any knowledge of what they were talking about or dealing with. I brought a coin in weighing 1.5 ounces they were trying to say it didn't weigh that much. Then they offered me 50 dollars. Went somewhere else got 3x the amount for it. There was an elder beside me and they were ripping him off for his silver gave the guy way less. Go anywhere else but here would not recommend.

The main guy there is a total 🤡. Instead of taking constructive criticism they insult the customers, and act as if they're doing you a favor when they offer 30% value. Useless store .

Good service and I felt they were clear the prices that they would give and no obligation to sell. I will a good experience for me. I like that they are direct and fair

Such a liar! There is nothing mentioned on your website that you should inquiry before purchase. if so, what is the point to put a price out with payment option. This is not a case that a coin you mistakenly listed at wrong price. This is all due to silver price shoot up overnight and people went crazy about it. You regret the price you set up and canceled the sale next day with zero feeling about your reputation as a decent business. You just want to take advantage of it and trying to squeeze out ridiculous profit. You relisted the same 10 oz silver maple coin $250 more and that is definitely pure greedy! I guess if the silver price dropped in my case, you will just accept my payment and send me the coin. I don't think you are decent enough to give me a discount due to price drop, and i don't think you will compensate those who sold you the same coin at a much lower price! Ordered a 10oz maple silver coin online yesterday using my credit card and got a confirmation number. Did not get an email confirmation. So called this morning to double check. To my surprise, I was told the order will be canceled due to the price listed 80 cents below yesterday's spot price. never heard of such an excuse before. Just wondering, if i ordered a coin from your store and the silver price dropped, do i get some kind of refund? Silver price fluctuate a lot recently, but the way they do business is unbelievable. Buyer and seller beware, stay away from this store!

My experience with Gatewest was great. Communication was clear. I was a seller. Prices I received were at least 25% better than I could have received in Saskatoon where I live. The packing, and mailing that were required of me were well worth the effort. I read a few negative reviews about this business, but I believe that most problems stemmed from poorly informed customers not doing their research. In my case Twila answered my questions clearly and promptly. In my opinion, this business is responsive to customer needs, competitive in pricing, and prompt in all dealings

I've walked in to the store made my request. It was provided in a timely manner despite every time I've been in there, it's been exceedingly busy. the team there Works diligently answers questions both in person and on the phone. And I love the fact that renovations are occurring create some privacy in purchases.

The process was quick, easy, and straightforward, and I received significantly more money than I was quoted at other gold buyers throughout the city. The staff I dealt with was extremely friendly and made everything simple from start to finish. I had read some reviews mentioning poor customer service, but that was not my experience at all. Absolutely the best rates. Some of the employees really did not seem to like their job or their life. However, the employee that I got was fantastic. He was very fast, very friendly and very efficient. He was also very informative about the process. Very professional as well. I had some gold to sell. I had multiple places quote me around the $1,100 range. I came here and I got close to $1,600!!! Left with the cheque! Very impressed! I will definitely be coming back here anytime. I have precious metals to sell or if I would like to purchase. Highly recommended
