Passing through Hamilton MT from Canada. Great little coin shop. My girlfriend enjoyed the jewelry. Worth a stop in. Great staff.— Andrew Compston, Apr 2026
The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing gold and silver coins or bullion. Also has a wonderful jewelry selection.— Todd Colomy, Mar 2026
Great knowledgeable staff, with a great selection of silver, gold and coins. They have new goldbacks and a nice selection of some hard to find ones. If you are a goldback collector, stop in.— vince smith, Mar 2026
I shop and sell to asmus all the time. They are absolutely wonderful people with good hearts. They always will give you a fair deal and will be considerate of your story and circumstances. Truly wonderful people and I'm very thrilled to buy from them, as well as sell old scrap gold to them.— Valk 9, Apr 2026

Had a great experience buying from them at a coin show in Idaho. Great prices, impressive inventory, trustworthy, and personable— Habeas J, Oct 2025
Today I walked into Asmus Jewelers & Coins and had the best experience purchasing a Montana Sapphire ring. They had a large variety of items to choose from and great prices. I am grateful for the patience I was given in choosing a special ring for myself.— Sarita Sanmiguel-Diaz, Sep 2025
I had a great Coin Buying/Selling experience with Jim. I’m a novice and he spent time with me as if I was his only customer for the day! I couldn’t be happier with my transaction. The only down side is that I told my wife about the Jewelry side of the store and now she can’t wait to go see them. lol— billy marshall, Sep 2025
Such a nice place! I came in looking to have my earring fixed and they fixed it right in front of me and then said it was free!! Recommend this to absolutely anybody ❤️— Gracie Rounds, Jan 2026
